At Tuniwave Sounds, we stand behind the quality of our professional sample packs and DAW templates. However, due to the nature of digital goods, please read our policy carefully.
1. All Sales are Final
Because our products are digital assets delivered via instant download, we do not offer refunds. * Once the download link has been accessed or the files have been delivered to your email, the transaction is considered complete.
Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be "returned," which is why we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
2. Technical Support & Corrupted Files
We want to ensure you can use the sounds you paid for.If you receive a corrupted ZIP file or a broken download link, please contact us immediately.We will verify your purchase and provide a fresh, working link or a manual file transfer within 24–48 hours.
3. Software Compatibility
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have the correct software version (e.g., Ableton Live 11, FL Studio 21, or Xfer Serum) before purchasing.Software requirements are clearly listed on every product page.We cannot issue refunds if you purchased a template for a DAW you do not own or a version you have not updated.
4. Double Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice in two separate transactions, please contact us within 24 hours. We will verify the double charge and issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
