By purchasing and downloading any product from Tuniwave Sounds, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the sounds according to the terms below.
1. Royalty-Free License
All samples, loops, and MIDI files included in our packs are 100% Royalty-Free.
- You may use these sounds in your own original musical compositions, even for commercial releases (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).
- You keep 100% of your royalties; you do not owe Tuniwave Sounds any money from the sales of your music.
2. DAW Project Templates
Our project templates (for Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro) are for educational and inspirational use only.
- You may use the processing chains, presets, and individual sounds from the template in your own tracks.
- You cannot take the exact arrangement, change a few notes, and release it as your own "original" track.
- You cannot use our templates for "Ghost Production" services where you sell the project to another person.
3. Prohibited Uses (What You Cannot Do)
You are strictly prohibited from the following:
Reselling: You cannot sell the samples or project files in their original or modified form as a "sample pack" or "production toolkit."
Sharing: You cannot upload our products to "leak" sites, file-sharing platforms, or send them to others who haven't purchased them.
Sampling for Libraries: You cannot use our sounds to create a competing product (like a virtual instrument or another sample library).
4. Ownership
Tuniwave Sounds retains full ownership and copyright of all audio files and project data. You are purchasing a license to use the sounds, not the ownership of the sounds themselves.
5. Unauthorized Distribution
Any unauthorized use or distribution of Tuniwave Sounds products is a violation of international copyright law. We actively monitor for illegal redistribution and will take legal action to protect our intellectual property.
